MAINNET OBSERVATIONS
Network history
Explore observed difficulty and estimated network hashrate. These public-node observations are not independent consensus verification or a count of users.
Observation range
History has not loaded. JavaScript must be enabled and the page scripts must load successfully.
Estimated network hashrate
Hashes per second, calculated as difficulty ÷ the 120-second target. Each dot is a bucket average; gaps are not connected. Larger outlined amber dots include unsynchronized observations, tip ages over five minutes or future block timestamps.
Mining difficulty
Per-observation averages. Larger outlined amber dots include unsynchronized observations, tip ages over five minutes or future block timestamps.
Accessible observation table
Height ranges are observed chain heights, not counts of newly produced blocks. A bucket does not imply continuous monitoring.
| First / last observation (UTC) | Samples / synchronized | Estimated H/s | Difficulty min / max | Height min / max | Tip age seconds min / max | Observation quality |

Optional difficulty alerts
Watch for an increase or decrease from the first fresh, synchronized observation after enabling. Two qualifying observations at least 30 seconds apart confirm a change. These may observe the same block; confirmation means the condition persisted, not that two new blocks were mined. Alerts appear here, at most once per ten minutes, and use memory only for this visit. Stale, syncing or future-dated observations cannot confirm a change. A tip older than five minutes resets confirmation, so normal long block gaps can delay an alert.
While enabled and this page is visible, recent blocks refresh every minute. Closing the page stops monitoring. No background or operating-system notifications are sent.
Difficulty alerts are off.
Recent block production
This separate snapshot covers up to 720 consecutive blocks. The historical range selector does not change this window. Block timestamps are set by miners and reported by the node; they can differ from real arrival times. The rate uses only the first and last timestamps, so inaccurate endpoints can skew it. The distribution counts nonnegative adjacent timestamp differences; after a backwards step, the next difference can be inflated.
Recent blocks have not loaded.
What this history can tell you
Samples reflect the node's view at collection time and are not rewritten after reorganizations. Averages are per observation, not time-weighted. Negative tip ages mean the block timestamp is ahead of the observation clock. Estimated hashrate is one indicator of mining activity, not a complete measure of network security.
Emission, circulating supply, software versions and historical block-interval distributions are not collected by this archive yet. Observed nodes by country are on the node map. Unique user counts cannot be inferred from private-chain transactions. See recent statistics for the observed recent block window.
